colleague Jason Jenks, who does some incredible work for the athletic in a variety of sports.

And he touches on college sports occasionally. He is a diehard Kansas fan, Kansas football. So we get

into that at one point. But mostly we start the conversation

talking about his latest piece, the NCAA and the myth of amateurism. And we talk about really

what got us to this point where Congress and Supreme Court and all of these major entities

are involved in shaping the future of college sports.

Turns out a lot of arguments that you're hearing now, we've been hearing for maybe a decade,

maybe a century.
