Gonna have a huge year for Hugh Frees, no doubt about that.

But the real kicker is that we've got a pending offer on a

house as of this past Friday. Oh let's go let's go. Let's go.

I didn't know that. It's been a fan or we did. Let me just get you geared up and excited for the fun, fun world that is adulting and buying a house.

Now let me give you some advice from somebody that was a very, very small part in buying a house as my fiance is much better at

being an adult and financially to me. That being said, you're gonna want to

learn words like escrow. Oh yeah, okay? That's not a fancy fish appetizer as I learned. You're going to want to learn what square feet math is. Now do what I did ask Jay Woody to explain it to you because he had to explain to me at 33 years old and that's how I learned that last year.

But yeah, the best thing you can do, man, whenever you, like you want to show power when you're

in these meetings. Walk around and knock on a lot of things and just say like stuff like it's good bones.

We've got the inspection on Wednesday that I've got to be there all morning for and my wife's

got a couple of calls and stuff for work so I'll be flying solo on that.

But I'm definitely going to be doing a lot of that.

You're going to have the termite inspector there as well with the home inspector there at the same time.
