The Fed chair admitting the central bank has widely underestimated the rise in prices

and suggests even more aggressive rate hikes than he just laid out last week.

His comments said markets on a rollercoaster ride this afternoon, the S&P sank nearly

a percent immediately after Powell spoke.

And despite a late day, come back into the day with its first loss in five sessions.
