the authorities said they were moving quickly, leaving zero stones unturned.

But as active as that tip line has been, more than two months later, authorities in North

Carolina haven't made an arrest, and in fact, they're not trying to find out who's responsible

for another attack on another substation about an hour away from more county back in January.

The number of attacks on the power grid in the US is rising.

The FBI warns about white supremacists targeting it, but some of the attacks haven't had anything

to do with extremism.

Their cases of vandalism or attempts to cause chaos in order to make it easier to rob stuff,
