One. Security AIs heard whimpering, diagnosed the source and alerted the rest of the household.

A baby moggy had fallen inside one of the nearby recycling hubs. Of course the children hurried

outside to see and being noble souls, they dragged the half suffocated creature out of the garbage.

But the rescue had barely begun. Social agencies needed to be alerted.

Whose baby was this and why would they have been in the poor thing? DNA identified a local couple

as parents, but tragically those moggies had died days earlier in a fire that might or might not
