0:47.3	committee investigating the January 6th insurrection is actively considering sending multiple
0:53.1	criminal referrals of Donald Trump to the Justice Department.
0:56.5	NBC News has learned that while no formal decisions have been made, the committee is weighing
1:00.4	whether or not to make three criminal referrals for the twice-impeached ex-president.
1:05.1	The charges they're considering include conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding,
1:10.8	and inciting an insurrection.
1:12.1	Remember, that last charge, because it's important.
1:15.3	Multiple sources stressed to NBC News that all three options remain on the table.
