0:30.8 | We have K-plus, which is the chemical symbol for potassium. |
0:34.9 | We need 47, 100 milligrams. |
0:36.8 | Then we have sodium, which is Na plus 1500 to 23, 100 milligrams. |
0:42.4 | Then we have calcium, CA, we need 1000 milligrams. |
0:45.9 | And the magnesium, we only need 420 milligrams. |
0:50.0 | So we can see that we need 10 times as much potassium than we do magnesium. |
0:54.8 | Then with sodium, we need twice as much potassium. |
0:58.0 | And then with calcium, we need four times as much. |
