Amelia Jane, John. You could understand why that was easily. Jane. I'm tired. No kidding. That's what everybody you know they ask like how are you really right and I'm really good. I'm just tired. Yeah. And how many hours a night would you say you're sleeping?

Probably three. No. Yes. Three? Three hours. That's kind of, that's trenches vibes.

This episode I feel like we're going to be diving into the trenches of postpartum.

Yeah, we are. And I think it's important to talk about. Of course. I mean because if you are a

mother you've been in the trenches. If you want to be a mother one day you will be in

the trenches.
