Today I had Alison from Motherwell Nutrition on the podcast, and we chatted all about hormonal imbalances post-birth.
She discussed how to support our bodies through this period of change, some great ways to move your body in addition to focusing on your nutritional needs, and how to find a functional nutritionist in your area if you want to learn more.
I admit before I recorded this episode I really didn't quite understand what functional nutrition was...but it's SO interesting how our hormones and body systems are all connected in a lot of of what we eat!
