For our listeners, we are discussing postpartum depression.

You know, Kayla, you and I have talked about whenever, when you were pregnant last time,

and I've been pregnant this time, we want to highlight, you know, part of the pregnancy

journey, which we've done a little bit this season, and you know, we did last season

with you as well.

But this was the subject matter that neither of us really brought up, and it was actually

brought to us by Nora McInerney, who was a guest on our podcast a few weeks back.

She has someone that she is doing a podcast with and who she's known for a very long time,

who's also been a guest on her podcast.
