Boy, oh boy, is there a lot to talk about now from that game.

There was already going to be a lot to talk about from that game,

which is, of course, a final score, 113, 109.

Mix lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in L.A.

And it was overshadowed by what happened at the end with Jalen Brunson, which we'll get into shortly.

Before I get to that, I do want to start off this postgame show by wishing a happy birthday to Jackson Henson out in L.A.

I went with his dad, John Henson, notable Nick fan, to see the game tonight.

Jackson, sorry they couldn't get a win for you, but got to say a hell of a basketball game.

And that's probably the best place to start.

That was a hell of a basketball game.

It was a really good basketball game between two really good teams.

Again, the results and how they got to that result is going to be overshadowed by the injury to Jalen Brunson,

which, of course, as we're sitting here, I'm recording this 15, 20 minutes,

whatever it is after the injury occurred. So we don't know anything about the severity of it.

I certainly am anticipating that Jalen Brunson is going to be out for some period of time.

I think if you are the Knicks, I mean, look, I don't want to make any assumptions.

I mean, it was a really bad ankle sprain.

And who knows, I'm not going to sit here and pretend to take a, you know, a guess as to how long he might be out, how many games he might miss.
