If you're watching After the Fact, after Michigan's 52-7 win over Indiana in a game that looks a lot like the last few have, to be frank with you.

Some different things, we'll discuss them, of course.

every Saturday after the game goes final. And this game, quick general thoughts before we do

housekeeping and we'll bring in Ryan here in a sec. This is maybe not a lesson, but a reminder that

football is a 60-minute game.

And for as bad as that first quarter was, one of the worst quarters that Michigan's played under Jim Harbaugh,

certainly one of the worst they played over the last two years.

It's a 60-minute game.

You have the more talented football team.

Sometimes you have to just take a deep breath and keep playing to football.

And Michigan went three and out. It's two drives on offense, Indiana was going up and

down the field on them on the defensive side of the ball. And from there, Michigan scored on

every single possession. And in the end, 52 unanswered points. Ryan, first quarter wasn't great, but man, oh man,

that's what you want to see and the ability to quickly put a super disappointing quarter of

football behind them and impose your will from there.

There was an opportunity to get into a Duke in a battle with this team.

And I feel like the maturity and the veteran experience of this team took over after the first quarter.

I think there was just a little, you know, lethargic and slow and, you know,

just didn't seem like we were checked into the game.
