Van Bergen as we are after every Michigan game and like the last few this was a Michigan win. They stun

Alabama again 19 to 13 to win the Raleigh Quest Bowl, moved to 8 and 5 on the season.

And it came down to it was almost the exact same scenario as the Rose Bowl needed to stop

Jalen Milrow and the Alabama offense on fourth down. And they did.

Remarkable win. I mean, another game where you're a multi-score underdog, but you just find a way

to get it done as short-handed as they've been all year. Cannot be more impressed with the fight,

especially the defensive effort, Link Martindale, the job that he's done.

This isn't, these aren't meaningless bull games.

They might not mean a lot, but they aren't meaningless.

And for a program like Michigan right now, you come off Sharon Moore's first year,

eight and five, you beat Ohio State again, you keep all the trophies in house,

and win your rivalry games.

And to end it this way, it just, you know, it's a mixed bag in terms of what happened

in game, but to find a way to get the job done. And, hey, everyone who said that Alabama

would have given the college football playoff a little more juice well they couldn't even meet michigan

today a hell of a job by sharon more and this michigan staff it was a great job by sharon

more great job by wink martinale and great job by these guys that i'm sure they heard just like

we all did about how lopsided this could potentially be.
