Welcome back into the Lions 24-7 podcast. I am Tyler Donogh. He is Daniel Gowan. He is still inside Spartan Stadium in East Lansing, closing out our post-game coverage. For the first time in 63 days, Daniel, you and I are going to break down a Penn State victory. Twenty-eighthirton win for the Nittany Lions today. It's Terry Smith's first victory as interim coach.

It was a 1410 game forever, it felt like. A third quarter was not the prettiest performance on either

side of the ball offensively. The Penn State breaks through with a couple late touchdowns,

one that was off a nine-minute drive in the fourth quarter. Another that was a quick sprint after another

quick sprint by K-Tron Allen. And the end result is that 28 to 10 victory, 21 points unanswered for

Penn State after trailing 10 to 7 in this game. And Daniel, we're going to lean on your in-person

perspective because for a long time, we've been talking about, is this locker room broken?

We're going to check on where they are in post game.

Now it's our guys crying of joy because we know how much these players appreciate what Terry

Smith has meant to them.

I think technically for us it might be 70 days because I was not at that Villanova game.

So this is the first Penn State game that I've seen in person, the first win since FIU.
