Knicks in this road trip all and three.

That's a tough day.

Missing two key players who traded Toronto, but the Knicks will have some impressive talent coming their way.

And hopefully be ready for the game Monday as the Topin brothers embrace, Halliburton, and DeVincenzo both with spectacular performances.

All right.

So, the Knicks lose by a final of 140 to 126 to the Indiana Pacers.

But on the bright side,

at least we don't have to argue about Emmanuel Cookley's minutes tonight.

So there's that.

This is obviously a interesting game to talk about both in light of the fact that the Knicks made a monumental trade today and the fact that they did not have certain players going tonight that are included in that

trade, not to mention Quentin Grimes, who's out with an illness. So three rotation players

essentially not available. So it's kind of tough to parse that out from talking about the game

itself. And then when you combine the fact that they were short-handed with the fact that they were playing on the second night

of the back-to-back against not only the highest scoring team in the league,

but the fastest team in the league,

obviously not an ideal combination.

If we're focusing on the game itself,

I think the story of the game can pretty simply be boiled down to the fact

that the Pacers,

as has happened with a few Nick opponents throughout this year, did not miss a three-pointer,

or at least it seemed like that for the majority of this game,

especially in the second half as they were trying to hang in this thing in the third quarter,
