Hi and welcome to Undisclosed. Today's episode is Closing Thoughts. This is going to be our fifth and final episode in the special series of episodes we've done to cover Adnan's PCR appeal hearing.

Now, in our past four episodes, we've gone over the four days of the appeal hearing that took

Today we'll close out the series on the PCR with day five,

all of which was devoted to closing arguments by both sides. Now, I had been sitting at the Dunkin' Donuts

since the previous week, but on this final day of closing arguments, I was finally able to get

into court. In case you don't remember, I had been sequestered because the prosecutor, Theru

Vigna Raja, had argued to the court that he might call me as a witness.

Well, he never did, and he had never even put me on any witness list before the hearing, but maybe he slept just a little bit better, having kept me out of the courtroom just for the heck of it.

Nonetheless, the hearing now was over, so I got to join the others to see how both sides would close out their arguments for Judge Welch.

Justin Brown, Adnod's attorney, began the day with his closing arguments, and it was

interesting because he started off by saying something that probably had been bothering

him for the last few days.

He realized that things had gotten heated in the courtroom more than once.
