Summary

After retaking the lead late in the fourth quarter, the San Francisco 49ers couldn't hold on to it as Geno Smith and the Seattle Seahawks engineered a comeback on the final drive, scoring the game-winning touchdown on a quarterback scramble with just 12 seconds left to play. Nick Bosa came out of the game in the 4th quarter, and the pass rush had a very hard time getting to Geno Smith without him. The loss is an absolute gut punch for this San Francisco 49ers team that just can't seem to string together wins this season.
