I'm sure they'll have nothing to say about this, but it was, it's our worst fears realized. I mean, at the end of day, you're like, we are all hoping that was kind of an aberration against Jacksonville State. It was a short week after the emotional Notre Dame game.

Whatever you do, do not get blown out by Wake Forest.

And, of course, they get blown out by Wake Forest.

And all the warts that we'd seen the last couple of years, they all resurfaced again, no matter what it is.

I mean, Tom, you and I talk beforehand, this is the worst situational team I've ever seen.

Every time there's a third down on defense or a third down on offense, you know Florida State is going to fail.

It's going to be whether it's a play call, whether it's a penalty and untimely penalty, a missed assignment, something every time

goes wrong with this team. And I just don't get it. I don't know what you got to do. And I know we're going to get this. We're going to get all the fire threads and all that thing. But, and I've been, I've been the one to stand pat the whole time in terms of the, and I'm not going go, you're not firing Mike Norvell anytime soon.

But I will say, I hate to say it because I like Adam Fuller. And when you talk to him, he's a smart guy. He knows what's going on defensively. He gets it. He's a sharp guy. But it's not translating. You can't give up what you did to this team awake for us. Let's face it, they're a mediocre to average team at best.

And to them to roll all over you defensively and have the breakdowns you had on that side

of the ball, at some point, you can't just keep doing that. You've got to make a change.

This is the first time they're 0 and 3 since 1976 to start a season.

Every bad record we've seen continues to fall. And you can't just continue.

Something is not right. And I really thought this would start to correct itself eventually,

but it's not. You've got to make some changes. It's hard for Mike Norvell. I know he has faith in him.
