I had like four people at the tweet up today tell me they liked them.

So I think there might be a good one in there every now and again.

Okay, okay.

I was just bagging on them right away.

I was just giving you some crap.

But speaking of funny is what I was going to say is that I have no idea what you even thought of this race at all. I haven't even seen you since the

race ended because I assume you must have gone to the media bullpen on Pitt Road. I went to the

Care Center after the Larson flip. So I don't even know half of what people said out on Pit Road.

We've just finished the winter press conference

here in the media center, still kind of digesting everything. But let's just start in general.

Let's share our thoughts on the race. So what did you think of today's race at Talladega?

So overall, I mean, I was really impressed. I thought it was personally, actually, it kind of

reminded me at like the old school when I was a kid watching in like 1999, 2000 when you had like Mike Skinner and Dale Earnhardt and all those guys racing where like you had guys that could lead and they would leave for stretches of time, but you could always kind of get a run and find a way around them if you timed it right, it seemed like.

And that was kind of what some drivers predicted we would get going into this was that like early

2000s package and i don't think it was like perfectly that but it was pretty close to that where

you'd see guys you could lead for stents at a time and it seemed like the bottom lane in particular

was really good certain stretches but if you had a big enough push from the guys behind you
