In April of 2018, Eileen Seiden was passing through the small town of Appalachicola with her partners, Zach Abel and Christina Arajo.

vibe. Yes, and especially it's strange in contrast to the beauty of the

property. You know, you've got these peacock roaming around. We're right next to the water. It's

really just a lovely, lovely place, but that room definitely, you know, you went in knowing it was
