We think we're talking about the Democratic debates and your thoughts on that.

It seemed to me that at the very least we've got at least four good solid candidates for

vice president all excellent candidates for president as well. My point on this is that

typically the vice president's job on a ticket is either to balance the

ticket geographically like L. B. J. did for Jack Kennedy or to be the attack dog the person with the shiv the person who goes

in and you know sticks it into their opponent while the Canada the person running

for president kind of rises above it all and speaks about here's where we're

going to go and here are grand visions and then the vice president is

out there just doing you know slashing the the competition the opponent aggressively and I think that you know what we know

now is that Julian Castro can do that other he survives last night we'll see

certainly Kamala Harris can do that Whether he survives last night, we'll see.

Certainly Kamala Harris can do that.

Pete Budishish, I think, is quite capable of that

with his dry wit.

I make a great vice presidential candidate

if he doesn't make it to president.

All of these are, you know, kind of on that caveat of if they don't make it to president.
