0:39.9	You stayed out a little too late.

0:43.8	It's likely that you've been there.
0:46.2	But the kind of hangover that I'm referring to this morning and asking that question
0:50.2	cannot be cured with a tall glass of water or a couple Tylenol.
0:56.4	No, I'm referring to the holiday hangover. All the buildup, all the excitement, all the planning, all the time away from work,
1:03.0	the family gathered, the gifts exchanged, and it's over. It's over. All the preparation,
1:10.2	the cooking, the eating, the opening of presents,
1:13.1	the racing to parties, watching the clock strike midnight and flipping the calendar has left you
1:18.8	in debt. It's maybe left you a little tired, maybe a little broken down. And now exhausted,
1:25.5	you get ready to head back to work, back to school, back to real life.
1:30.5	So how do you cure this kind of hangover?
1:34.0	Well, a couple of years ago, a woman with nine and a half decades of experience,
1:38.7	gave me some sage advice at our family Christmas Eve celebration.
