A night to forget for Liverpool as our unbeaten run that stretched back to April comes to an end on a difficult night against West Ham.

red's first loss of the season. Though it was a real hammer blow we still have

Well here at the London Stadium Liverpool have suffered the first primary league defeat of the season in fact it's the first defeat of any

kind in the last 20 years

ending a run that had equaled the club record for number of consecutive victories

they've lost by three goals to two and if we're being perfectly honest

slightly lucky that they didn't lose by even more they were outplayed certainly

the second half by West Hamu this season season have been, you know, look at the table, they're very good. They're above Liverpool now in the table. The Reds, still on 20 points. They're down to fourth and West Ham now up to third on 22 points Liverpool four points behind leaders Chelsea who

drew at the weekend against Burnley at home and that's what makes this result even more

frustrating for the Reds because there was a chance to move to within a point and they didn't take it.

Just looking at the performance overall, too many players just weren't good enough.

It didn't function really as a unit overall.
