Hello there, I'm Chuck Todd. I just stepped off the meet the press set. We hosted a joint

interview with New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, Utah Governor and Spencer Cox. They chair

and vice-chainer right now of the National Governors Association, all the governors. Really

except for Ronda Sances, we're in Washington all week long. I also spoke with Congressman

Jim Hines. He's the ranking member of House Intel committee, a Democrat from Connecticut,

after another unidentified object was shot down over American skies. And I also interviewed

Mark Pomerantz, the attorney who assisted with the Manhattan DA's investigation into the

finances of former President Donald Trump. He wrote a bit of a tell-all book there. We

covered a lot of ground this morning sitting here with Jonah Goldberg. He's at her chief

of the dispatch and a fellow with the American Enterprise Institute. When do we get rid

of the title, Fellows? You know, it's an interesting title. I'm surprised we haven't meet

to Fellow out of the language. Well, I'm here to break news. I think they've promoted

me and everybody else to Senior Fellow. You're Senior Fellow. I'm a Senior Fellow now.

That implies there are Junior Fellows, but I'm guessing there are no Junior Fellows. No,

it doesn't anymore. Senior Administration spokesperson, right? Have you ever got a quote

from a Junior Administration spokesperson? I have not. But there are a lot of those kinds

of things that drive me crazy. Weird titles, Fellows. Fellow is one of those. I also think

Michael Kinzley, I think, was the first to observe this and for the youngs out there,

I don't know. Michael Kinzley used to be a really influential guy in Washington, journalists.

And he was the guy who noted that the longer your title, the less important your job, right?

President is just president, but the Senior Deputy official for the Undersecretary of

whatever. When there's a comma after your title, Senior Vice President, comma, whatever
