year Liverpool and Man City are ready to go toe-to-to-toe once more. It may have

ended in a penalty shootout defeat to City but Yeoganclops Reds certainly

put Pep Guaidiole's men to the sword, enjoying more

possession, shots and chances. After Joel Matip headed in to cancel out Rahim Sterling's first half goal,

it took a defensive piece of brilliance to deny Mo Salalait on with

Kyle Walker performing an acrobatic goal line clearance which still has many of us scratching

our heads.

Well we're here at Wembley, the community shield has taken place and Liverpool have lost the first of seven

trophies even on offer for Liverpool this season. They lost it on penalty by penalty shootout.

Genie-Wan Alden was the only player who missed from the spot the other nine were all scored

after a won one draw and to be honest it was a very entertaining game you know I've

been to quite a few of these games I'm sure you've watched them in the

past work by pretty forgetful encounters, forgettable encounters rather.

This time though both teams were absolutely going for it.
