and major talking points from today's Neil Nel Draw between Everton and Liverpool.

The Reds knocked on the door so many times, but found Pickford and the woodwork denying their efforts

Everton will probably have Jordan Pickford to thank for coming away from

Guillerson Park today at the point. He made a string of superb saves particularly in the second half mostly from

some just a bit of speedo. But a last gasp tip onto the post from Mohammed Sala was probably

the pick of the bunch and the Avant goalkeeper was delighted with his performance a full-time, understandably so in all fairness to the England international.

Other than that, there wasn't too much to write home about.

Young clock made quite a few surprising changes to a starting 11.

Fabio Carvalio started in midfield alongside Harvey Elliott and Fabino.

Costa Sima Kame in for Andy Robertson at left back and an informed for me and I was left out for Darwin Nunez who came

back in following his suspension against Crystal Palace. Not too many chances in the first half.

Pickford made a superb save from Nenez with an arching valley down to my left

here and Lewis Diaz followed it up in the same sequence of play by it in the inside of the post.
