with Ricky Roy, who has just

become such an extraordinary fixture in the fully charged galaxy.

I don't want to over blow these things, I want to keep them down amongst the weeds.

Now Ricky is just such a joy to... to keep them down amongst the weeds.

Now Ricky is just such a joy to have someone with his intelligence,

his engineering background, his skills, his way of interpreting things. And he's now done quite a few episodes for us he's

doing a lot more he's our feet on the ground in the United States really valuable

member of the team and what is amazing for us.

Okay, this is the special thing for us and this is completely selfish.

Is when we do events like we did in London, we have this opportunity to get the whole team together,

which is really rare if you think about it, it's really difficult.

And even then we couldn't get the whole team together we get most of the people so

Ricky came from the United States and Elliot came from China

Helen came from the Antarctic not quite well she was there but she came back a

few weeks before so we were all together which is really unusual on the whole

team or the production team all the the team that run the actual events the events team

the sales team all those people are all there together.

And that is a real special moment for us because like a lot of people, we kind of work remotely
