on Extreme Health Radio. Today is an amazing day here in Southern California. It is February

22nd, Friday, February 22nd, 2013, and it's, I feel like it's like about 75 degrees. My wife

and I just got back, Kate, from a walk

down at the beach, we took our dog, Maggie Brown, down for a beach walk, and it's just clear and

glistening. The sun is out. Oh, man, it's amazing. I actually haven't been outside the house for

three days here because of my back injury. I'll tell you about that in a minute. I've been just

completely laid up. So I felt so good to get out and take a walk and look at the ocean and it's just

glistening. It's just amazing day. I hope you're having a good day wherever you are,

wherever you're listening to this around the world. I hope that you are having a great day and life is treating you well.
