That's right. Every Monday, read your emails, we hear your stories, we answer your questions.

And I want to say thank you. Thank you for being a listener, thank you for being involved

in this podcast. It is my greatest joy to hear back from you for you to say, oh, it's

my favorite podcast or I love listening on Mondays or you help me through that gym that

workout or wherever you're listening to me. Isn't it weird you're listening to me somewhere?

I'm following you. I'm just in your ear. I always say this about the podcast. It is the only,

it is one of the few art forms where I'm in your body. I'm literally inside of you right now.

You put in a earbud and I'm just tickling your eardrum and you might enjoy that description.

You might be put off by that description. Maybe you're saying they're going, wow, I'm

never going to listen to this again. That is the chance I just took with describing the

podcast, which is the way I describe it to friends of mine. I say, isn't it, isn't it weird

that we're inside of people's skulls? Like that's crazy. I, and I listen, I'm a podcast

listener. We've gotten off to a weird start. That's okay. If you're listening right now,
