I feel so much better after reading Steve Cohen's tweets and, well, his posts, I should say,

and makes me just feel all warm and fuzzy inside that everything's going to be okay.

Yeah.

And, you know, it almost came to fruition.

I almost spoke it into reality last night that Nolan McLean was going to have a great night

and that the Mets were going to get closed out by

Edwin Diaz now.

Edwin Diaz going into this series has had some arm discomfort.

So although he told Dave Roberts that he was willing to pitch against the Mets and was

hoping to pitch against the Mets, they didn't use them last night and maybe they'll use

them tonight.

But his velocity has declined after he blew a save. I think it was against either the Rangers or the Diamondbacks on Friday night. So at least we didn't have to endure that part of it. Yeah, but I mean, they went down meekly at the end of the eighth inning and the ninth inning last night. It was like whiff, whiff, whiff and whiff.

I mean, it was unbelievable.

So I don't, you know, Steve Cohen, I know he wants to engage with the fans.

I know he wants to keep us from jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge.

I understand all that.

And I can appreciate him from the owner's perspective trying to put a positive spin on things

because they've

spent a lot of money and he knows and they know and Carlos Mendoza knows that the that the knives are

out the knives are out and the Mets fan is not happy. I think our friend Paul and Yonkers probably

reflects the far majority of MET fans with the way that they feel about the way that the team has been hitting.
