| 0:09.0 | Why is that? |
| 0:10.0 | Well, the word integrity comes from the word integer, which means whole and complete. |
| 0:15.0 | And so a leader with integrity is whole and complete. |
| 0:19.0 | There's no gap in their character. There's no gap in what they say |
| 0:23.6 | and what they do. Who they are out in the world is the same as who they are behind closed doors. |
| 0:30.5 | And so that integrity gives you wholeness and completeness and it gives you power. We need leaders to lead with integrity to have that strong |
| 0:41.1 | foundation, a building that has integrity to it, has a strong foundation. It is whole, it is complete. |
| 0:48.7 | There's no gaps in the foundation of the building. So when there's storms and there's wind and there's a lot of bad |

| 1:01.3 | When you have integrity, you stay strong through adversity and setbacks and challenges. |
| 1:07.4 | And because you have integrity, your team can trust you because they can trust the foundation, |
