0:12.6	Mark, what is the key to making an impact to leaving a legacy? And he said, you know, here's how I define
0:18.3	legacy. Legacy is not about what you accomplish.
0:22.8	Legacy is about what you help others accomplish. So if you want to leave a legacy, if you want to make a
0:28.9	greater impact, just know it's about others, not you. It's not your legacy. It's their growth.
0:36.6	It's their accomplishments. It's their purpose, it's the
0:40.1	impact they're going to have in this world. And if you focus on that and focus on others in that way,
0:46.9	you will not only leave a greater legacy, you'll make a greater impact. And the stories that
0:51.9	people share throughout their life because of you and your leadership
0:54.7	will be countless and numerous. So here's to helping others accomplish more and helping others make
