| 0:06.5 | So I'm building a new house and you learn a lot when you're building a new house. |
| 0:11.4 | Like I was talking to the contractor and we were talking about what kind of roof that we should put on our house. |
| 0:17.5 | And he said, John, whatever you do, don't do a tile roof. |
| 0:21.4 | I'm like, what's wrong with the tile roof? |
| 0:24.3 | He said, well, you live in Florida. |
| 0:26.9 | You have a lot of hurricanes there. |
| 0:28.3 | You have strong winds. |
| 0:29.9 | And when the hurricanes come so often, one tile will fall off the roof. |
| 0:34.7 | And when that one tile goes, they all go. And I thought, what a great |
| 0:39.3 | analogy for leadership. What a great analogy for life. So often we deal with a negative employee, |
| 0:46.0 | and that one negative employee can cause all the other employees to go negative. One person can't |
| 0:51.7 | make a team, but one person could break a team. We have to create an |
| 0:56.5 | environment that is so strong, so powerful. The foundation is solid. So when the winds blow, |
