| 0:07.0 | So I had this yard guy come to my house and he's an organic yard guy. He doesn't use any chemicals. |
| 0:13.0 | And I said, how do you not use chemicals? How could you possibly do this when everyone else has to use chemicals? |
| 0:19.0 | He said, John, he said, what I do is I create an environment where the grass can go healthy |

| 0:27.1 | And so it spreads and grows to the point where the weeds have nowhere to grow. |
| 0:32.9 | And when you do that, you don't need any of that stuff. |
