Hey, this is John Gordon with your positive leadership tip. When Doug Coden was the CEO of Campbell's Soup,

he wrote over 60,000 thank you notes to the employees of the company. When he would see people

in the cafeteria, they would thank him for his wonderful note. When he would visit people in their

listening was key to him. Other people will bake cookies or run errands or do things for you that

others just wouldn't do. They'll help you in incredible ways. I have a good friend that actually

drives around and when he's driving around, if people have flat tires, he will go change their flat

tires. Now, I know that's not for everyone, but that's what he does. I believe in companies,

organizations, you can find your unique way that shows people you care about them. And you
