| 0:13.6 | So as a leader, we have to make sure that we are filling the voids because negativity will fill |
| 0:19.0 | it and eventually it will sabotage your team and organization. |
| 0:22.8 | So look to see where there's miscommunication on your team. |
| 0:26.4 | Look to see where there are gaps in communication. |
| 0:29.7 | Look to see where there's uncertainty or fear or gossip going on. |
| 0:34.2 | And make sure that you are filling those voids with the truth, with transparency, |
| 0:40.0 | authenticity, and information that people need to feel seen, heard, and in the know. |
| 0:46.8 | When everyone knows, everyone understands, they're going to be more likely to be aligned |
| 0:52.1 | with you, your team, and the organization. |
| 0:56.2 | And if those voids spring up, quickly fill them with great communication to make sure |
| 1:02.0 | that you're on the right track and everyone is on that track with you. |
| 1:07.7 | It's a key principle. |
| 1:08.7 | Where there's avoiding communication, negativity will fill it. |
