0:49.6	When we recently met, I was fascinated to learn what you're doing by sinking up
0:56.7	group meditations all over the world that's that's quite quite the feat to do and
1:01.6	very very curious about how you go about doing that and yeah so I'm really

1:17.9	best place to start is you know how did you get started with such such an amazing

1:24.0	Now I all started with a realization and I had already gone through a huge transformation in my early 20s that led me down the path of
1:35.4	personal growth evolution and service to the planet and about six seven years
1:41.5	after that I was I was here in Austin, where I'm based. I spend about 30 to 40% of my time here.
