Let's just retrace our steps real quick to explain how we got here. So you love baseball.

You're a big baseball guy. I kind of like baseball. Yes, and I heard you do too.

Here's the thing. I also love baseball. So we've been doing this podcast now for 41 years.

41 years. This started in 1982. That's right.

Coming up on our 41st anniversary of doing the podcast. That's right.

And at some point, I don't exactly even remember when it suddenly occurred to me that you can buy

baseball cards when you're an adult. I remembered buying them when I was a kid.

But I was like, wait a second, I'm an adult now. I have my own disposable income.

I can buy baseball cards, right? This was in many ways a terrible thing for you to discuss.

Oh my god. Honestly, I offline have been texting you and Brandon McCarthy about what a bad revelation

that's what's for me. But that's a different story. Well, that's a that's a whole different thing.
