Let's kick off segment number one with our first data point.

That's the number of minutes White House Chief of Staff John Kelly reportedly told staff it took between when he was briefed on the abuse allegations

against former staff secretary Rob Porter and when Porter resigned.

Eliana, can you give us a little tick talk about how this all unfolded and how things got to where they are now?

That's an interesting question because I think the tick talk is what everybody has been wanting or a timeline

and we've gotten a bunch of conflicting timelines.

So Kelly told his White House colleagues that he was fully briefed on the allegations against Rob Porter and 40 minutes later he was gone.
