Carolina coming off a big series win over Georgia Tech this past weekend.

Record-setting crowds at Boschmer Stadium. Terrific atmosphere, great weather,

just great performance, two good teams, really good weekend for Carolina. We'll talk about that.

Not a ton of public news on the basketball side. We'll touch on what's happening there. Adam has a list. We'll get you up to a date on

Olympic sports, handful of postcards and emails. And of course, those double guests. Owen Duffy,

Carolina men's lacrosse. Tarils ranked in the top five nationally coming off a big win at Virginia this past weekend where the heels were down big, then up big, then Virginia dramatically tied the game, and then Carolina wins in overtime.

We'll talk to Owen and Isaiah Dennis. Isaiah, of course, a freshman on the

Tariol team, a year ago. Put his name in the transfer portal,

pulled his name out of the transfer portal. He'll be back

with the heels next year. We'll talk about his decision to

return. Adam has also returned. Adam,

what's up? This is a pretty big show. It's a pretty big week of pod coming up.

We've got a big show on Friday. Assuming nothing major happens, which it could, then we've got our Feel Good Friday show coming up

later this week where we will just be spamming postcards and Seth Trimble shot versus Duke
