How's it going out there in Pittsburgh?

Good.

Yeah, you're right.

It is the perfect weather.

I mean, I'm not a fan of Pittsburgh weather at all, but this is the one time of year when other people can be jealous of us because it's just beautiful summer. It's not hot. It's not cold. It's perfect. You know, I remember that being in Stoomville where you hit, because I stayed every summer, right, almost every summer. And I loved it. Like, it would be surface of the sun hot like it is everywhere.

But then you would hit the like the easy breezy days. And it's just, you know what you got to do? You got to go out on your porch. You got to barbecue. Yeah. You know, just got to have some friends over and drink. Fly kite. The other day I was the commercial came on with someone flying a kite. And I just had this image of you doing like massive farmer carries in a field to then a place where there was a kite and you were like

and then just like giggling we tried to the first time this season a couple weeks ago but it was

like too windy it was the win was like all health or scalter so it was like too windy. The wind was like all health or

skilter. So it was like you couldn't get the right direction. You need like a constant one

direction breeze. Yeah. Anyways, one day I'll show you. So audience, uh, you can't see it, but I'm on

what is going on with the ladder behind you? I have a giant ladder in my office. So my home, which I hate, and the only reason why I bought it is location, location, location. I hate this house. I hate this house so much. My wife loved it. I hate it. Hate the layout. Hate everything. You know what people say like, oh, we want to change X, Y, and Z, but the bones are good. Yeah, that is not true of my house. My house, the bones are terrible. Everything is terrible. There's no cake. There's no ice cream. Happy birthday. So, long story short, we only have one bathroom with a functioning shower. It's my kid's bathroom. What?

Well, it's... Did you buy it that way or no? No, no, no, no, no. These are the things that we've discovered over time that the previous homeowner in order, my guess is in order to sell the house, just hired a horrible handyman to do the whole house. Of course. Right. Of course. And this guy like tiled the bathroom shower, but he didn't waterproof it well. So in the master bathroom, my daughter put her finger like, what's going on with this? And she poked a tile and like five tiles fell off the wall. And it was mold and all this stuff up and down the thing. So I ripped it all out. And then I had drywall guy come in. He put in the drywall and stuff. But he didn't finish. He got interrupted. And he's my roofing laborer. And we had a downtime. So he came in and he was like doing all this stuff. It was what he does for his full time job. Right. So he was doing all this stuff. I could ask him questions he didn't speak english very well and i'm
