Tell me a little bit about the vibe when you're in London sitting with a Dell. What's going on there?

Well, we did this interview October 20th, which was two days after the advert, the hello teaser advert. She had not yet even revealed that it was her.

It was a 30 second advertisement during the X Factor or maybe a minute advertisement

during the X Factor just playing the audio

but obviously people by that point had figured out Adele's back.

She was in the middle of just ramping up this campaign.
