So I was thinking about this summer and thinking about I'm constantly thinking about the

proliferation of queer musicians and how a lot of the songs of this past summer were by queer women specifically and so do you want to talk a bit

about the piece that you wrote for Auto Straddle about that? Of course so I actually came to the same

conclusion we're probably thinking the same thing this summer. I'm like, hmm, there's a lot of gay music. I think it's actually an overarching trend of just more musicians feeling more like comfortable with their queerness to like actually

seeing and write about that and I think the summer is like a perfect example of that.
