I've been saying that I'm going to cut down on the rambling at the beginning of these

interviews and save whatever rambling I have to do for afterwards so we can just get right

into the good stuff. But today, I don't think there will be much rambling on either end

because I have pulled a muscle. This is a super sexy information to share with you. I have pulled a muscle

at my lower back that like stretches down into my leg and has turned me into a granny and sitting in a chair

is problematic and I need to sit in the chair to record this for you. It's actually lowering myself

into the chair and rising from the chair or the bed that is a problem. It's the transition periods

that are the problem, but also just a lot of sitting. So that's what you get when you're on

lockdown. I have done excessive sitting and I think that this is a consequence of that,
