Summary

This week! It's E3 time, and though none of us actually went to the show, some of us watched the press conferences, announcements and trailers with interest. Join us as we talk about Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo's press conferences. Including disdain for Kinect, 3D and confusingly vague new system announcements.

Own an iPhone/iPod touch? We've got an app for that--the Player One Podcast player app is available now. Play shows new and old, read show notes, access the show Twitter, website, email, voicemail line and more! I am your host, Greg Seward. With me as always, is my co-host, a man for whom the term we, you, will have a whole new meaning in a few months. Chris Johnston. Oh, man, will it ever? Because man with those kids, we on you. Let me tell you. I'm ready for it. I'm ready for it. Does it come with a separate screen? No. No. Okay. So it's good to have a change of clothes. All right. And joining us from the West Coast is the sexiest podcast host under five feet tall, Phil Theobald. I'm five foot six. Thank you very much. No, you're not. I am. I am. Maybe when you've got your platforms on. I am five, six. My goodness. I don't need this. I don't need this abuse. You can tell Phil just woke up. You can tell we're recording in the morning because Phil is a little more subdued than normal. We, we, you know what, the wife and I, yesterday, we had a, we went out on the town because this is one of her rare days off that she has at her job.

And we wanted to figure out that you're sitting there. Yeah. We wanted to leave and get lunch and things like that. So I think I know two of the movies you saw. Okay. Guess what we saw. Okay. I'm sure you saw Super 8. That was the first one we saw. Yes. Okay. Probably X-Men first class. That was the, you know what? We were originally planning to do a double feature, and when we got out of the second movie, Dana suggested, hey, why don't we go see X-Men and turn it into a triple? And I said, yes. So, yes, that was the last movie we saw. Okay. Ford's met his obligation. Now, let's see if we can get the third one. Yeah. You know, I'm going to go back and say Thor. No. It was not Thor. It was a good guess. It is a good guess. But Kung Fu Panda, too. Nice. Oh, okay. Really? Yes yes yes indeed interesting kung fu panda it was a fun
