discussion of apologetics and theology. In fact today we're focused more on the apologetic side of things.

Let me tell you what we're about to do and you can jump in with me.

With your eyes open, your ears open, with your brains turned on we are about to get apologetical

unapologetically what we're gonna do today is something I've been wanting to do

for a while I've been tackling lots of different issues on the Tuesday live stream, but today I want to tackle the issue of not just atheism in general, but specifically some of the more popular scoffing atheistic things that we see commonly.

Those of us who witness regularly online, we know exactly what this is because let's face it.

The truth is as Christians we cannot win against the atheists

You can't you can't win against them when the contest is who can scoff better or who can mock better.

Mocking and scoffing is not a good way of finding truth.

That's kind of the emphasis and focus I have today.

I'm asking people to calmly and thoughtfully think through these issues.

And what we're gonna do is we're gonna take a case in point,

which is a guy named Ricky Jervaeus.

Ricky Jervaeus is a very well-known comedian.

He does a lot of different shows and movies and stuff like that and

he has a lot of videos online a bunch of videos where he's mocking and

refuting religion and belief in God in general but the interesting thing about Ricky Jervais is nothing he shares is original. It's all like a composite of every sort of scoffing

atheistic claim that you may have heard over the past 30 years it's all kind of present in him

so he's obviously read those guys he's watched those debates and he's brought that

information into his own makeup and now he's bringing that on the road when he goes and he talks

about those issues so we're gonna play video clips from Ricky Jervaisus and
