Summary

Conrad Hilton spent the weekend in the Los Angeles jail because his parents are balking at bailing him out unless he goes into a mental treatment facility. The 23-year-old Hilton’s latest arrest followed his alleged theft of a car and break-in attempt at his ex-girlfriend’s Hollywood Hills home.
