And joining us for the last time this summer, even though it is not yet summer, as I will explain

in a minute, senior writer Christine Rose and high Christine.

Hi, John.

So Christine, you are making a variety of transitions.

First of all, you are taking the summer off from the podcast in order to focus on completing

your book on tech.

Yes, and I'll be doing that at the cluey center at the Library of Congress, which is great.

I'm having a lot of fun diving back into archives and reading lots of great old books.

But yeah, I'll be finishing up a book about technology and culture that's long overdue that still has no

public update yet, but will be finished in August. So looking forward to that.

And then I'll be back.

And and and and and Christine will be back in September, although transitioning to a different

role at at commentary, as she is leaving our staff, but will continue to be our media
