0:00.0	Welcome to the reality revolution. I'm your host Brian Scott. I've begun to introduce
0:12.7	simulation theory into our ponderings of the multiverse and reality creation. And we've explored
0:20.7	many of its facets. As I sit and ponder simulation
0:25.9	theory, I have many thoughts that come up. So I just wanted to spend some time discussing the
0:32.4	implications of simulation theory. I've already discussed how we are in a simulation, the veritable proof that we can see
0:41.3	through a variety of things in the physical universe, the impossibility of traveling beyond our solar system
0:49.3	because of limitations of traveling beyond the speed of light.
0:55.3	Or the Fibonacci sequence.
0:58.5	We see a number of algorithms built into the reality around us.
1:03.1	I'm not talking just about a computer program, something much more advanced.
1:08.4	So instead of just spending an entire episode on why and how we're in a
1:13.1	simulation, I wanted to ponder beyond this. First of all, how ethical would it be for highly
1:21.1	sophisticated beings to create such a simulation? And how plausible would the reality of all this be in the first place is it not
1:30.2	slightly plausible that other civilizations could survive long enough in advancement to build a
1:36.9	virtual universe virtual inhabitants humans and aliens and all the virtual cosmological events that
1:42.7	come with a plausible universe.
1:45.4	Whether us as humans believe this to be true or not, we cannot deny statistical probabilities,
1:52.0	and these probabilities are real.
1:54.5	All we can do is ask further questions of the nature of all of this, Earth's in human history,
2:00.7	Earth's and humans' future?
2:03.0	Where are the atrocious dictators and horrible human figures placed in all of this?
2:08.6	Were these highly questionable human beings put here for a purpose?
