Okay guys I don't mean to jump right into the business of starting this episode, but Natasha and I just had an experience that I would say

shook us to our core and we need to know what you think we didn't know what to do.

So we live in Silver Lake and one of the interesting things about

Silver Lake which is I'd say a upper middle class... Bousie... Bousie section of

Los Angeles.

It has vaccination rates lower than the Sudan.

Lower than Sub-Saharan Africa.

We looked at, there's a map actually of all the preschools in Los Angeles and their vaccination rates and some of them are in the like low 30 percentile of kids that are vaccinated.

So it's pretty rough out here. Why do affluent communities

vaccinate less than sub-Saharan African communities? It's pretty obvious.

It's because they have the privilege to do so. If you have actual health issues that you need vaccination

from rippling through your community, you're not going to be like, well I read a

very interesting article on the learning annex that say you're going to be like

give me that fucking give me that. Well people are very passionate about this.

Yeah and they're wrong. Okay well the point is is that we were at a class anyway

yeah the point is also that we're just like already a little locked and loaded with

paranoia about the general disregard for medical.

People, by the way, who do this like, I don't like Western medicine.

I'm like, oh yeah, yeah, no, me neither.

When it comes to the treatment of diseases, I hate having the scientific method involved.

You know what I mean? I prefer to have like a the philosophy

of like a of a 11th century sorcerer involved in my health care decisions.
